Starting up a diet again.

Not just cuz I'm fat but because I want to feel better too. And why should I take medicine when I can try to fix things within myself. We shall see  how far this takes me, but I sincerely hope that I will be able to stick with it this time.

I've installed my software (You Are In Control Diet Tools) and have started counting calories. We went to the grocery store today, and bought some healthy foods.
