I'll take a picture once a day, and we'll watch to see if my face gets thinner or fatter, or stays the same.
Since I quit smoking in August of 2009, I've put on 20 lbs and I was over-weight to start. Now since I'm over the addiction, I've got other issues to deal with. First the weight (because I think this will cure some of the others).
Okies dokies...now to get my plan in motion. I will post results as well as what I eat and exercise etc as I go along. (If I don't get too discouraged). And I'll tell the truth.
As proof, here's my first truth telling, since I'm starting tomorrow, I'm going to eat UP today. That's a really stupid way to start, but at least it proves I'm honest...LOL
