Morning Star Burrito (395 calories of yummy goodness)





Cook a morning star pattie for 1 minute (110 cal)
take tortilla (200 cal) put on plate.
Cut morning star into strips and put on tortilla.
sprinkle fat free cheddar cheese (45 cal)
put some fat free refried beans around the outside for glue (20cal)

heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
add some low fat sour cream (20 cal)
sprinkle on some green onions (10 cal)
drizzle some taco bell sauce (0 cal)



It really is good. Eat just like this for lunch.
For dinner add some spanish rice and a salad with lime and salt.
