Raspberry Pudello only 50 Cal for 1/2 cup :o)
I love to eat. There's no denying it, and if I try to diet without eating, I'll fail. I know that. So what I have to do is to figure out ways to make what I like lower in calories.
I know that plain jello will never do it for me. It doesn't have enough hutzpah to feel like I've eaten anything. When I'm finished, I could have just ate a life-saver. My mind can't remember that I ate anything. So I need something that has a little more "body" to it.
