Week 2 - Day 1 - 188 lbs


Yesterday, oooo, did bad. Ate too much. Kept snacking all day.
Not good, but I'm still 2 lbs ahead of my week 1 goal, so it's all ok.
Right? he he.

I've switched my coffee sweetener from Splenda to
I like it! It tastes sweet without an aftertaste,
but it lighter than Splenda. Just as sweet, but your
mouth doesn't feel as sugary sweet afterward.
