Double vision and Dizzyness

Woke up a couple of times in the night with that unable to focus thing with my eyes. I think it has to do with something I'm eating and when I'm eating it. I also woke up late...almost 11am, weird, and I'm feeling that jello, underwater feeling. Have a mild headache. I have since quit taking the Zyrtac which I thought might have been the cause, but it appears that is not it.

I had tons of carbs last night at bedtime and while in bed. After going back and reviewing, I see that I had the sugar free cookies, and then later I had the lance cheese peanut butter crackers.

I really need to figure out a way to record easily what time I'm eating all these things. I wish that myfitnesspal had that option. I also need to keep better records of what I'm doing every day. I really know that I can figure out what's going on if I could just have better data to review.

I've got a couple things to do today, already swept and started the dishes, but need to walmart for a couple of things. I am thinking I need to figure out some way to record daily information using the kindle and internet so that I can access it easily from everywhere and that it won't be something I just don't do because it's a pain.

I want to get to the bottom of this. I don't like feeling out of sorts when I know I'm doing it to myself.

Note: look into sending text to website, blog, or wherever using phone or email for quick notes that would record the time.

Also, I might have this blog set to feed over to my getting healthy facebook page. I want to get these things more separated.....this isn't information that has any interest to other people.
