This morning, took another aspirin, and the headache less intense, but it's still there. Could be from lack of sleep also though because I got up at 9:30 and I usually sleep way way way longer than that.
I feel a little dizzy but not super. And it seems like it comes in little waves. My stomach is a little upset too but that could be from aspirin and coffee and nothing else on it.
I realized yesterday that I'd still been taking a Zyrtac every day since October. Miss Mary told me to take one a day to prepare for the visit to my Mom's and I just got into the habit of putting them with my daily pills. I did some reading and found that Zyrtac can cause dizziness and that is a very common side effect. Also somnia.
So last night I made sure I didn't take one. I also didn't take all my pills until after 11 at night. So it's hard to know just what did what and why. I had a lot of sugar before bed because yesterday was Mac's birthday and we had ice-cream cake.
Here's what I ate yesterday to see if anything triggered the way I feel today:

Today was pretty good after everything settled down this morning with the dizziness. I went to Walmart and to Lowes and Family Dollar today. I never did get sleepy or feel like I needed a nap.
I have this feeling that my sleep cycle is like 5 or 6 hours long, and if I go back to bed after it, I never just sleep 2 or 3 hours....it's another 5 or 6. So I am thinking that just maybe I actually need to stay up later in order to get up earlier. Oooor, I need to just let myself be up super early even though it's dark out. It's 10pm not, and I'm going to try to watch a movie to keep me going until Midnight.
I'll attempt to stay up when I wake up if it's after 5am.
Didn't take the Zyrtac today either.
Still have a low grade headache going on.
