Week 1 - Day 2 - 191 lbs



Good Morning. I just woke up and My face is still puffy...LOL Yes, I'm old and that happens to me now. But here's the beginning of my calories today.

See that jowl there? that's one of the things I hope will go away. The double chin, I hope it will get smaller, but I know it will never go away. It's always been there but didn't used to be there ALL the time, only when I moved certain ways.

Also notice---one pound lighter. YAY! Someone can probably justify that away, water weight etc etc, but I say take the successes, be they real or imaginary, and use them to inspire you to move forward. he he
